My birthday is exactly 2 weeks away. I’m excited. Idk why. I’m not really doing anything for it but I still get excited. I’ll probably buy like some cheesecake or something for myself

Got on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Gonna do another 15 minutes on it later. Also am taking a walk to the library soon to pick up a request.
Memorial Day weekend this weekend. Which means my bf has a three day weekend off work which is nice because we’ll get to spend some time together. I’ve been working on learning Fur Elise by Beethoven on ukulele. And still am working up towards Vivaldis concerto in A Minor on violin. Mostly practicing scales lately on violin. Plan on practicing both violin and ukulele today. Probably an hour of violin and maybe an hour of ukulele too. Tomorrow I have to go get food. And stop by the pharmacy to pick up some of my meds. Will probably clean tomorrow too. I think I’m just gonna stop getting high with THC because I think it messes with me more than it helps. I have an anxiety disorder and bipolar and when I get high sometimes it feels good but sometimes it feels like a never ending panic attack and like I’m about to lose my mind and end up with psychosis. So I’m thinking I should just not mess with it anymore at all. I feel like I wasted a lot of money because I spent $200 on edibles and vapes and I have two vapes left and 89 edibles left and I don’t want to throw them away and waste that money but idk. I keep convincing myself it will be okay just in moderation but it tends to end up being a bad experience and I get scared. So it’s probably not worth it

The main withdrawal symptoms I’ve had from quitting THC 6 days ago were anxiety and nausea. The nausea was really bad the first couple of days. The anxiety and panic was astronomical the first 4 days. I still have some anxiety but it’s getting better overall. I hope I didn’t like permanently wreck my brain or something though

my progress so far with quitting thc and caffeine. i do dri k decaf now which I know has very small amounts of caffeine however compared to 6-8 cups of fully caffeineted coffee a day thats a lot better.

I had a minor toothache all night until early morning. Last night's dinner wasn't soft enough so it disturbed my broken tooth. Doing laundry by hand and will start work soon.
Often I send out to the universe that I'd rather not exist. A voice told me that my wish will happen tomorrow. But no worries I have no hope. That voice has been promising me eternal sleep for a long time. After the 1000th time you start to lose hope. During times like this it helps me to know that eventually I'll be at peace. |

Worked 4 more hours than I was scheduled to this week. So instead of 12 hours I worked 16 hours since they asked me to stay late last night and today. So next Fridays paycheck should be a little bigger than this weeks. I’m off for 3 days now. Next week I’m scheduled to work 21 hours. I work Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Next Saturdays really gonna suck cause it’s an 8 hour 15 minute shift. That’s a long day.

A customer pulled the I want to speak to your manager thing to my coworker today and the supervisor was behind the counter with us at the time and said I’m right here and backed my coworker because he was right and the lady was wrong. The lady walked off and left her items at the counter and didn’t buy any of them just walked out lol

I meditated this morning but didn't stay focused very well. It's just gonna take time. I'm hungry this morning but nothing much to eat so I boiled some cornmeal and water. Better than nothing. Can't believe it's TGIF already!
