Hello and welcome to MSF... I am sorry you are hearing voices.

Have you consulted a psychiatrist? Are you taking antipsychotic medication?

Could listening to white noise on YouTube possibly be helpful?

Medicine like antipsychotics is the main thing that works. You need to see a psychiatrist to get it.
