Ive been hearing voices for several years now and am miserable. Sometimes I can't focus on anything but them. I take seroquel and trazadone but still hear them all day. My meds don't get rid of them, is anyone else still hearing them even on meds? I've tried going to church thinking they were demons but I don't know for sure anymore what they are. I feel tormented and beat down. Really hard dealing with this.

So almost all the psychosis meds work the same way but there is a new one coming out called KarXT that works by a unique mechanism, it’s actually two meds together. They are expecting approval in September. I’d give it a try.
