A little history, I have been diagnosed Bipolar 2 with GAD and obsessive thoughts.

My uncle was a paranoid schizophrenic. Lately I feel afraid I have been becoming that way myself. I imagine everyone is watching me, judging me, desiring me, afraid of me, and/or out to get me. I have repetitive thoughts related to these things daily. What is happening, I wonder. Paranoid Schizophrenia?

Paranoid Schizophrenia? . Sorry you are having such a hard time.

Paranoia sucks. On Saturday i went out for a walk and got a bit freaked out by the way a couple of people were looking at me.
I aimed a quite audible 'What the &*%! are you looking at me for?' at one of them

I think you are suffering a crisis of mood and emotion rather than a crisis of thought that is associated with Schizophrenia.

Paranoia is a problem. But not one that can't be helped. A good therapist can teach you how to use your thoughts to work through your paranoia. They can also be the one person you know you can trust when you have having a bad episode.

It's doubtful that everybody was watching you or judging you - most of the people were probably thinking about themselves.
Although it is possible that various people would notice you - especially if they like your appearance, if they find you attractive or interesting.
Maybe you're feeling really self-conscious?
