I work at Lord & Taylor and they have me working at 6,7,and 8am. And Im seeing the Manikins walking around my department. Im hearing them walking around also. I cant see where they used to be. But I can see where they are going. And they are sneaking up on me. And when Im in an area with the ones with no heads i get really freaked out. I also hear them talking. And no one else is there but me. So Im getting nervous is what im trying to say. And Im worried about myself. And I dont know what to do. So if anyone has a suggestion. Cause Im getting extreamly paranoid with them plotting against me and all that.

I can understand how worrying and frightening that can be.
Suggestions
- tell your doctor, they might be able to adjust your meds to help.
- talk about it with your therapist, s/he can help you explore the internal conflicts etc that might be stirring things up for you.
- talk to occupational health/HR at work. They might be able to support you with reasonable adjustments in your work/shift pattern while the psychosis is most acute.

That sounds frightening. I'm sorry that's happening to you.
I think sorrel had some excellent advice.
