It's 3 in the morning and I am awake. I hope I'm not cycling into a manic phase. Sometimes my illness seems to take on a life of it's own and I'm left drowning in the wake. I have been sleeping fairly well (with meds) up until tonight, so it may just be a rough night. All I can do is wait it out and see. Being aware of what is happening with my illness is a new step in my recovery as I learn to manage better.

Sorry to hear you're not sleeping. Hope it's just a rough night and you aren't cycling into a manic phase
