I've become more and more depressed since I got out of the hospital the last time. Everyday I'm forced to live in a scary world filled with evil and death....
Need sleep...need time...need myself to be free... Need...someone.

Do you have a support team to help you since you came out of hospital?
Seek some professional help.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
