i have stated many things of late, i wish to apologize, bad times lately an i let the voices controlled me. no excuse, i did and sayed them. i am ashamed i let my problem flow over to others.

It is quite alright. I understand -- bad times happen for all of us. The important thing is to get through those times, and to know that each day is a new opportunity.
