Is it normal for someone with paranoia to think their entire life is a set up by everyone in it. Are their only pittiers and users. if you have ever had paranoia you can understand why i've tried self harm

I'd say that is not unusual. Would not use the word "normal" but not unusual in the circumstances. I suppose paranoia is an adaptation to not being able to tell when something is dangerous and when it is not. It can seem safer to suspect everything and everyone.

at a certain point where paranoia begins to look ludicrous even to oneself it becomes way easier to believe things have been set up that way to discredit oneself, if you get the drift here.

paranoia ultimately bes self-absorbing and there can only be so much self-absorption a person can live with before it starts looking foolish even to themselves, really.

Very insightful. Being in that place can be utterly terrifying. Mal has found that place at this point, but finds no safety or comfort in suspecting everyone/everything, at least not where those around it know what that means and can use that against her.

I don't think its strange to think that and I get why you've tried self harm. Are you in treatment? It may help some of your feelings.
