I was just wondering... does anyone else that has STPD get bothered by certain times of the day/night? Like.. in my case, 7pm to 11pm really really bothers me. I HATE that time of night. It just doesn't feel right or good to me. It feels off. It just bothers me A LOT. Every night. I don't know why but, I can't stand it. Does this happen to anyone else? >:

Hi kittensRjerks, I get bothered when it is time to go to sleep. I fight it like a little kid. but actual times do not bother me that I know of. I will pay more attention and let you know.

Ever since I can remember, I've hated dusk. It doesn't really matter what the specific time on the clock says, in the summer it's going to be later, and in the winter it's going to be sooner. Just whenever dusk is. I appreciate the beauty of sunsets immensely, but that's still not enough to compensate for the dreadful feelings that dusk brings upon me. I like daylight. I like nighttime. Dawn is great, I love to watch the sun come up. But dusk has ALWAYS left me feeling nervous, lonely, full of dread and this vague, lost feeling. Like I'm going to be lost and alone from the rest of the universe for the rest of existence. I don't know why. I try to avoid driving at dusk, it seems to make the feeling worse. If I can help it, I'd rather be inside somewhere during dusk, if for some reason I am outside during dusk then I try really hard to focus on other things.

I hate mornings. I hate waking up in the morning, not because I'm depressed, but my natural biorythms have a way of keeping me up till 3 or sometimes even 4 in the morning and it ****ing sucks when I need to wake up at 9 or something. I wish I could just stay up most of the night, but I freaking can't because of obligations. I've never been diagnosed with anything, but that's just my two cents and I'm sure if I did really go to shrinks and tell them all the stuff that they'd label as "symptoms" they'd probably put me in a straight jacket. To be honest, I think most of it is ******** because so what if I'm 'nuts' as long as I'm not bothering anybody what difference does it all make.
