In my experience, like 8888 stated, it is a less common diagnosed personality disorder. When I started group, I had to explain to the group what it is because it was unheard of. When I first joined PC I posted a similar question and I only have come across one Schizotypal who I keep in decent enough contact with.

Did you have any concerns that you wanted to address?
