Hi, so I was wondering if it’s possible to hear voices, but them be in your voice. I have depression and social anxiety, but sometimes in my mind I hear things, telling me I’m stupid or ugly or fat, even telling me to like rearrange things, but it’s all in my voice, so I don’t know if it’s just me saying these things to myself or if I am just making them up or something. One time I even thought/heard/felt like I needed to stab my dog, and that's something I would never want to do, I love my dog to pieces and it kinda scares me that I would think of this. I also feel like I need to hurt myself, however this is probably from, my depression. I mean I have always hated myself and felt like I deserve to feel pain or be hurt. If anyone knows if voices can be in your own voice, or if it is just other peoples voices, I would love to know Also if you have ever experienced anything like that I would be grateful to hear about it.... Thanks
