Well, since many years that I was interested in psichology, went 2 years to university, read for my own etc.

Just 5 months ago, I asked my psychiatrist if he diagnosed any personalitt disorder and similar thingd, he saiid no and deribated to me a psichologist, after 5 sessions and many tests, yes, STPD is what I have.

I felt mostly excited and hapy, finally knew the medicam term of all this.

I'm glad you were able to get an accurate medical diagnosis. That can be very helpful. Some people are misdiagnosed sometimes and it is a great burden for them.

I'm glad you feel good about receiving the diagnosis. I'm diagnosed with Schizoid PD (a somewhat related diagnosis), and I felt totally comfortable receiving that diagnosis, too. Will you stay in therapy?

I went 5 pre pacted season, all about get me a diagnosis. And then 1 extra due a "situation" I had, but that extra seassion was pretty pointless, she just told me "well, have to create your own arms".

Then I still thought about going some say day if I feel into, but Ive been with so much troubles that I dont feel up to go again.

The sessions I spent with my psychologist were pretty fun, I like to make jokes, so if I go I want a nice time, not go and talk about problems that dont have solutions and only coping .

Nowadays all my social life and existential part of life is pretty resolved. My problems are more about salary and knees pain.

Altough, I deal with loneliness, a lot! But its also brcause Im not working, so I cant meet people. But Im definitly different to the rest, but I feel better now about it, its like "im different , people see im different, well lets keep moving".

I wont stay in therapy like weekly, Ill just go one day if I feel something about some situation.

Im pretty ok right now. I used to be very existential, or too serious about everything, dont find things to enjoy. No Im ok.

That's good to hear ManDss. Sounds like you have a pretty solid life, and the only thing to focus on is finding some people you like to fend off the loneliness. Therapy isn't necessary for everyone, though to find out how to get friends maybe group therapy would be beneficial to you. Or whatever hobby or something where you can maybe meet people you like.
