So I got an NSF Green Scholarship but nobody told me how I get my money? I dont want to sound like a jerk and say "so......how and when are you guys going to get me my money?" last time I got a scholarship it went directly into my bursar account and I never got it because I was at my max so they just paid off some of my loans with it. But I have been checking my account and it isnt in there so I dont know whats going on? Has anyone ever gotten one of these before? Do they just send it to me? Im confused and I want my money lol

I would say its ok to ask about how and when you get the money. Just say you need to plan out how you are paying for things and you just arent sure about when you get the money. I know talking about money is hard but you just gotta go for it.

You could ask them in a phone call how the funds are going to be dispersed and when. You have every right to know as they awarded you this scholarship. Congratulations!
