I wear this bracelet ,which my friends parents gave me after i watched her been raped and stabed to death, every day. At school they won't let me wear it i told them the value of it and aparenally that no exscuse. Any way some reson when i dont wear it i am always more jumpy and have flashbacks alot. At school in art some1 tried to steel my pencil and then the just touched my hand and it bacily felt like it took me back to that day, I got really angery with the guy after that. As well at school one of my friends went to hold my hand because we had next lesson together and it made me jump out of my skin. how do i convice them to let me wear it?

Ugh... I could have sworn I just responded to this, but it's not showing up, so I'll try to remember what I wrote:

I'm so sorry all that happened.
Did the teachers give you any explanation has to why they won't let you wear it?
I have personally never heard of teachers not letting kids wear jewelry at school.
Have you thought about talking to a school counselor and explain your situation
and see if they can help you convince the teachers to let you wear it?

i am not aloud to wear it as the school policy is no jewlry and it would be unfair to others, the other reason is health and safty, we have a uniform in england, it is quite stricks.

our school has no counciler that i know of.

can you just keep it in your pocket so you know you have it with you?

I completely understand, but you'll have it with you and when you need to you can reach in your pocket and touch/hold onto it.
