It's not exactly school, it's a group of kids my age in a program at a hospital like school. We basically can work on academics but they mostly try to focus on coping skills.

Well this weekend has been pretty hard on me. I feel emotionally stressed and exhausted, and it's bringing on some physical symptoms. I'm sure it would be best to just go but I really don't wanna.. I'd rather wait till tomorrow, but I have a feeling it's just gonna be the same then too

LittleForgetMeNot, can you do a partial day and see how it effects you? Perhaps some unexpected interaction or material you cover may actually be helpful and point you in a rejuvenating direction. I know what you're going through, and there has been many a day I didn't want to participate in some obligatory daily routine, particularly school! You make a very good argument yourself about at least giving it a try today--skipping it may make the next attempt even more difficult.

Best of luck to you. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way.
Thanks for this!
