I was in a car accident 3 months ago and got out of hospital about 2 weeks ago i was in the intensive care unit for 1.5 months and everyone says my boyfriend visited every day. I am still on crutches and this week went to a restaurant with my BF, but i feel really nervous and jumpy. This week i get to go back to school which is really cool for me because i get to see my mates, i was never really popular but do u think people will treat me differently wen i go back, i don't want the to even though i used to get pushed about and picked on, i don't want them to suddenly start been nice to me because they have been told to. wat do u think i should do? what would u do?
the crash happened on my way to school and some of my friends saw what happened, i really dont want any questions asked about it, from them.

Kids are undoubtedly going to be GLAD that you're back in school -- and you know how teens are -- they're going to want to know what happened. Just tell them that 1) you'd rather not talk about it OR 2) you can't remember. Tell them that they can probably get an old newspaper and read about it in there.
![]() It might be kind of fun though to be the center of attention for awhile. ![]() ![]() Don't be nervous ~ be grateful that you made it thru -- and that the kids will be glad to see you!! I'm SURE they will be. The word has gotten around that you were in ICU, etc. So I'm sure they knew how badly you were hurt. I'm also sure that you must have gotten some prayers from kids that you didn't expect them from. So enjoy your day back! God bless you and I'm SOOO glad you're ok!!! ![]() |
