I am training as a teachers aide and most of it is practical work at school and bookwork and stuff. I lost my last placement because the teacher didn't like me, and because I was unreliable, and kept changing my days around and stuff. I was also getting severe migraines at the time.
![]() I had almost stamped out the headaches but they seem to be back, as does all the mood and depression stuff and I just don't know how to go about telling the supervising teacher this. I expect I echo everyone's thoughts here when I say, I just want to feel ok and be normal. ![]() I'm so scared I feel sick. My husband has no idea what Im going through. |

I hope you got through your placement successfully despite being poorly.
Could you visit your family doctor to get something to help with migraines and anxiety? Propranolol (Inderal) is good for stopping migraines and it also has a calming effect. You might need an antidepressant as well. The best to you...don't be afraid to reach out for help. |
