I'm trying to learn Chem, but I'm soo distracted by all of the thoughts that I don't want going on. I feel as if, School is second right now, but I'm having a hard time balancing all of the work, and all of the therapy stuff. I need to do a lot, and I just don't have the will/mind power to do so. I hate this, I really don't know how much longer I can stand this.

Just had to vent, somewhere, to see if I can study some more for my Chem test tomorrow at 9am. and no, I'm not doing an all-nighter. I wont, can't, don't want to do the all-nighter thing. Just had to vent, that's all.

When I was in college I struggled with classes and with my mental health. Luckily I had a good therapist. My thoughts distracted me from studying. One thing that I found to be a life savor was a calendar. A big one that I could structure my day on...my day was divided down to 15 min intervals. No matter what I forced myself to live by my calendar. It gave me the structure I needed to make it through college.
