Yes, this is related to school - because of being evaluated soon, and also because of having to find some reading materials on the topic of feedback (well - criticism - that is destructive as well as the constructive type). I've been searching for some materials and found several interesting and useful ones (Maxwell, Baron). Any other ideas?

Thank you for the links. These are useful when preparing for a job/performance evaluation.
In addition, what I'm looking for is some material about useful (constructive) criticism in comparison to negative (destructive) criticism. So, I have found some already, but
I want to find more sources. Any ideas?
