Tomorrow evening I have an interview for work placement as part of my college course. There's 2 others from the college going for this position, I'm nervous because I applied to many positions and it's the only one who replied so I have to get it.
I just keep questioning whether or not I'm prepared, I don't know what they'll ask me and I've gone through tonnes of questions in my head and it's stressing the hell out of me.

i just had an interview on friday and was SO NERVOUS. It was the only place I heard back from. I kept thinking I'm going to screw this up and won't get any jobs. So I called me mum right before for a pep talk and take the edge off. A couple take home points... They requested you for the interview. They see potential in you. (this works for me dunno if this is your thing) UCLA mindfulness and breathing exercises. Tune into how you feel and accept it. Recognize your nerves and tell your self it's okay. It's normal to be nervous for an interview. Everyone is! take a second after the question to reflect on what you want to say and deep breath. ... It worked for me pretty well. Reframing my negative thoughts and tuning into my breathing. Good luck on your interview |

It went quite well, it was a pretty casual interview and they were very friendly. Now I just have to wait.

Thanks peeps! It wasn't what I was expecting, the interviewers were very friendly and I was just able to talk and talk lol
