I am a social work major, graduating next May(2014). I am taking 15 credit hours this semester. I am married and have 3 foster children. In addition, I struggle with Major Depressive Disorder. I have been so exhausted latey....

I'm certainly not surprised. You certainly have your hands full. My two sons stay worn out from college and all their college activities, even with being traditional ages, with no marriage and/or kids, and without depression.

Are you staying in touch with a therapist? I think some support would help. Hang in there. You are on the home stretch.

Today was rough in counseling....I am really struggling with self-worth. I have the head knowledge of "how" I should feel and what it is called when you change your way of thinking but I have no desire to do so...It is all psycho babble to me...school stuff. I don't know what it is going to take for me to begin to see what others currently see...
