I am so stressed i have three exams tomorrow, two of which i need really high marks for my collage and I feel so unprepared. My hands are shaking and i have had too many panic attacks. I have revised none stop, but I am scared i haven't retained it. I can barely breath, I am scared I will do something reckless because of my bipolar. Seriously someone help me!!!

Hi XxCherryBombxX. I would suggest taking a moment to think back when you were panicked about a test and it turned out okay. Try some deep breathing to calm down and remember the moment when things worked out okay. If you have someone who is understanding of your situation contact them to get a little support. Treat yourself now how you would treat a friend going through the same thing. Be kind and just do your best.
