I have been taking a correspondence coarse, but it is just too hard. I mean the subject is easy but it's everything I can do just to make it thru the day most of the time. and I can't afford the monthly payments rite now either.

It's incredibly difficult to do a course by correspondence, even when you are well. I did one course, and withdrew from another. And when the money it an issue... it's perfectly reasonable to drop the course.

Can you quit with the payments like that? I have quit correspondence courses but always had a contract/had to pay. They don't have an extension or something? I took one course twice, deliberately, because the first time I was struggling but then "got it" so I took it the next time to reinforce what I'd learned and get more experience.

I hope you get to keep the materials they sent? You can maybe continue learning about the subject on your own or use the materials as references?
Have you tried any online courses? They often are more flexible how quickly/slowly you go through them and/or you can work on them anytime easily, without having to get materials "out". I love online courses, their chat rooms, etc. where you talk to other students; helps me feel better/more connected and in control/focused.
