Maybe only take one class this semester, use it to help distract you from the deterioration? Or, take a semester out and work on fixing/ending the relationship and moving on?

When I am in the middle of something difficult, I look as far forward as I can. This time next year, what will/do you want/imagine your life to be like? How will you get there. If you picture what you want and make steps to get there, you can "bridge" bad stuff easier? When we're in the middle of stuff it can be hard to see anything else but if you have a plan in place and are actively working on that with "you" in there too, the hard stuff can't hold you. Don't just go through the motions, engage in your future plans. In the next year or two I am going to England again and so I am working toward that now. Make a plan for graduate school or a particular job, a place you want to move to, etc. and then work with your relationship to see if you and they can work together toward that or if you are just too far apart and not compatible with the rest of your life; "you are the right size, it is the pants that don't fit".
