so the spring semester just started a few weeks ago and i just found out i might have some major health issues. I am really freaking out! I can not focus on a paper that is due Tuesday and a test that is the same day. I could only focus on math which i finished a few days ago. I dont really have to think when i do math and it like calms me or something so i think that is why i could get it out of the way. Other than that i cant do anything. I could not get out of the bed yesterday and today I can not get off of the couch. Also i have yet to sleep and it is 10am. My depression has hit me the hardest it has in a long time. I am just so defeated and have no idea what to do about school... Help?

Coming from someone who is always sick,
I'd like to offer a little support. Don't worry about problems that you may not have. Stress affects your body in many MANY different ways. It's not worth stressing over something that you aren't entirely sure of yet. (And even if you do find out for sure, it still doesn't help to stress about it).
Not all teachers are the same, but most of them will understand if you open up to them and be honest about what is really going on.
And finally...
YOU are much more important than your education!!
Best of luck to you dear, you're not alone in this.

So schools have academic assistance - check with your counselor or advisor. They can help with a multitude of academia related issues when there are health concerns! Take care of your...or your education won't matter! Be blessed.
