Ok, so when I am walking to my bus, this kid PURPOSELY runs into me. Today he made me fall completely into the snow, he didn't even care,he didn't see if I was ok.

But, he does where there aren't many people, & where there are no teachers.

I never said, or did anything to him.

Ur in hs? Tell a teacher. Does ur school have a no bullying policy?

If this is an ongoing concern I would agree that it might be worth speaking to your teachers. If your school has an anti-bullying policy they should be able to help you with strategies to stop it happening.
