My depression is starting to get in the way of school which is making my depression even worst. Its like my life is a never-ending depressive cycle. I couldn't get myself out of bed to go to my classes today and I wanted too, but I just couldn't. I don't understand the power depression can have. I lost the ability to control it. I feel like I should just take in completes for this semester.

Ugh I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do.

Can you talk to a counselor at your school about it?

Are you getting any kind of help for it?

I am sorry! In my experience school and depression don't match. It's almost impossible attending to school during severe depression episodes.
So I agree with zinc, are you getting help?

How do you feel about the therapy sessions/ medication given so far? Feel free to talk to me/ members of the forum if you need a listening ear. I've suffered from mild depression before which also affected a period of my university life so I understand how you might be feeling.
