Hi I am taking distance education courses. I just can't seem to get started on doing anything. I don't know what to do anything anymore....I am tired of feeling exhausted, sad, miserable, lonely and depressed. I have ADHD among other things. I am on medications and have tried so many nothing seems to work. I have also tried psychotherapy it helped to a certain extent.

Rajdeepi, Do you have a friend you could study with? Doesn't need to be the same subject, just getting together every day to work on your courses. Figuring out a study routine can be helpful too. It will become easier once you get into the groove.

Getting started is always the hardest part. Set a timer and plan to study or work for only 15 minutes, then take a break. Take a minute to praise yourself for what you have accomplished. This technique helped me in college and with other things I struggle to get done.

I agree with bluekoi that if you have a study partner it would be easier. Another good option.
