Exciting news... after my last final I will be graduated... it's been a long couple of weeks with mental stuff and I am excited to start working more and pay off things, but I am scared about my last test... it's short answer 4 questions over a lot of stuff that I have not reviewed yet... and I'm lightheaded... I've had some imagined scenes in my head of me passing out and 911 being called.... I know it's a reality, my bp has not been at 60 before... normally it is higher at resting.. Just a lot going on and lots of anxiety. Oh and my head is just hurting... but I know that I passed one of three classes, and I need to pass all to graduate... this is getting interesting.... just like my last degree... which I've had flashbacks about.

i have this thing called an anxiety meter that i visualize in my head. it goes from 0 to 10, 10 being the worst anxiety ever. so when i am anxious, i see where the needle registers on the meter. then i do breathing exercises until i get it down to a four. which is manageable for me. sometimes i see a knob on the meter and i will manually turn down the meter to four so i can calm down faster. practicing this enough, all i have to do now when i am anxious is say dial down, and i can calm myself. good luck with your test.

As long as this med change... I mean my body and heart adjusts to the med quickly. It's been one day and studying tonight has gone out the window. I guess it's time for sleep and then get up early to study. At least I can deal with early mornings. Afterwards.... there's another med change. oh joy.
