So, I started college when I turned 18 but shortly after my mental health problems got very bad and I had to quit, I wasn't even on long enough to get any credits. I'm 20 now and aiming at starting college in January, online classes from a community college, hopefully. I think I'll use this thread as a check in for how I'm doing and to motivate myself

Good luck. I'm starting school on Monday, the 22nd. I'm 51! My grown kids, 18 and 26, will be starting in January. I'll also be taking online classes, and hopefully that will be easier on me. Maybe last time just wasn't the right time. I'm sure you'll do well.

Good luck to both of you. I started back at the community college when I was 31 in 2009 and now I am graduating from my four year university this coming December. So it absolutely is always a good time to go back to school.
I'll keep both of you in my thoughts. |

UPDATE:
I was too late in applying to start in the winter but I've applied to a school recently and just sent my transcripts in. I'm hoping I get accepted. If I do, I start classes on May 11th

UPDATE: I decided to go with one of their earlier start dates so I will be starting classes on January 12th. Everything's ready and I just ordered all my textbooks. I will be taking 4 classes this semester. Nervous
