Dear Psychoticcr7, I had a coworker at IBM once do that. He was a genius, brilliant man. He was studying and really taking on 4 times as much. He suffered a brain seizure and ended up in the hospital. His ambition took over common sense. He put his health in danger to get promotions faster at work. Sometimes it pays to let things come in the time they were meant to come. Knowledge is nothing without the experience to come with it. Pace yourself and enjoy life along the way. One thing i have noticed: many people who put their all into their career lost time with their family, spouse, friends. That is time lost they can never get back. What are your priorities? Are you ignoring those around you? If so maybe you want to rethink and spend more time with them. Any day you can wake up and they be gone, deceased. Think about the temporal things in life... it is all about balance. I hope you have a good healthy balance that will work well for you. tc
Thanks for this!
