Take a deep breath.
No matter what your results they are not the end of the world, they are not your self worth, nor are they the true determination of your intelligence. I understand they may feel like they are, but they truly are not.
You are not alone. I have felt that panic and fear but no matter the result of an exam, you will carry on, have a fine life, be a good person, and still be as smart as ever.

Just try your best and don't worry about the results. Sometimes I fail on my exams but I try my hardest and I keep plugging along. Sometimes I get stressed but I take a few deep breathes and try to relax. Because I know if I fail it's not the end of the world.
