Hello booksnmyhead: I'm sorry you are in the midst of such confusion.

I have to mention that I'm an older person. So, when I was going to school attending on-line was simply was not an option... it did not exist.

However, simply based on experiences I've had over the years on social media, I can imagine how complicated trying to go to school on-line could be.
Perhaps all of this is simply an indication that trying to go to school on-line is just not the best option for you?

Just because it's possible to do something doesn't mean it's a good idea for everyone. And the fact that you've had this unfortunate experience doesn't make you a failure either.

From my perspective, getting everything straight when you're attending school in person is difficult enough. I personally can't imagine trying to do it on-line.
So, anyway, I hope that you can find a way to step back from this unfortunate experience & see it as simply one unfortunate experience... one that was probably as much or more your teacher's fault as yours. (After all, you didn't hear from her for weeks, as you wrote.)

Beyond that... I think if you don't want to go to school, you shouldn't feel like you have to simply to satisfy or impress others.

The only reason to go is because it's what you want to do for yourself. But if you do want to go, then perhaps you simply need to consider if the way you're doing it is the best way for you. At least these are my thoughts with regard to your post.
