What would be your strategy for solving the labor shortage?
What would you do to encourage others to attend a trade school instead of a four-year college?

I would have trade school "conventions" or seminars or something at area high schools; would maybe develop good handbooks or at least fliers to give to guidance counselors, would put brochures in local libraries. . .
