Hi!
I'm Peonie ![]() I have Bipolar II disorder... I would just like to seek an advice regarding an effective solution for my problem in concentrating during my review because of social media and internet distractions... I really, really hate that I'm deviating from my planned schedule and timeframe to finish the ten books I plan to review because every damn time I want to focus on completing a chapter on my laptop, I get BORED and easily side-tracked to the temptation of opening my browser and just surf non-sense stuff on the internet... I tried turning off the wi fi on my laptop...but it doesn't work for me...I don't have books and only have a pdf file to review from on my laptop ![]() ![]() ![]() I hope ya'll can give me strategies to combat these tough distractions... ![]() ![]() |

It is said an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence, to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words: "And this, too, shall pass away." How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction! ---"Address before the Wisconsin State Agricultural Society". Abraham Lincoln Online. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. September 30, 1859. |
