i haven't gotten my work done, and i'm so ashamed to face my professors about it again. i feel sick with anxiety over it, i feel shut down, and so very frustrated with my pathetic issues. i'm exhausted, and i just want to run away from everything!

At this point you need to take a few deep breaths, may see your faculty advisor and figure out what you can get done. If you think you can finish your work you should definitely try to empower yourself. I know I put off a lot of work until I feel the pressure.

You're definitely not pathetic! But, don't run away because you just may regret that and feel worse later.
Thanks for this!
