When I get stressed I find that drinking a lot of Tension Tamer tea helps or taking a walk with my dog. Sometimes I need to take a long walk but in the end it always helps.

The herbal teas are good for taking the edge off because they usually contain herbs that have very mild sedative properties. Usually Chamomile, Catnip, and/or Valerian Root. All of these are effective mild sedatives.

I wonder if we have that tea in the UK, I'll look out for it.

Thanks for sharing what works for you. I also benefit from walking, I should make an effort to do it more! x
