I realized anew yesterday that in order to work on some goals, I have to actually "show up". A lot of what I am interesting in and "working on" is mostly in my head; I decide to do things or have a grand scheme but I just think about it and think I'm working on it, LOL.
I pledged at another site that I was going to show up in certain forums/threads (about what I claim I'm interested in/working on) at least for the rest of the month. I think I need to get in the habit of showing up before I can actually decide I'm going to "do" X, Y, and Z. If I'm not "there" I can't "do".

![]() I'll tackle my current main goal today, which is reading a book on Borderline Personality Disorder that my pdoc lent me and taking notes on it. Thanks for the reminder! ![]() |

I'm on my third day of showing up. I didn't go to the other site until late yesterday and I realized there's a difference between having a goal and having that goal be a priority/important goal! I decided to go to the other site first now, make it a priority, not just another something. So, showing up there is my #1 priority. Today I realized that while I'm showing up there, I can be thinking about what I want to "do" with the showing up :-)
