This has taken me quite some time to apply this mind set. I have had to remind myself on more than one occasion to manage self and allow others to manage their self. I attended a seminar called, "Managing Emotions Under Pressure" provided by Fred Pryor given by Sharon Baker!

Sharon Baker is an awesome woman. Spending six hours and forty-five minutes with her taught me how to take back control of my emotions and my conscious thoughts! Positive thinking, taking responsibility for behavior, and believing in myself will pave a better day & tomorrow!

That's great! Really glad the seminar helped you so much. I love "workshops" like that!
