During my hospital stay three times a week we had to set three goals/tasks for us to accomplish that day. It can be anything and they encouraged us to be specific in what we want to do. At the end of the day we had a reflections group where we went over our day and see how we did on accomplishing our goals for that day. Thought that it could be useful for other people as well.
In the morning pick three tasks you wanted ((and were capable of accomplishing)) to do that day. In the evening before bed analyze. Did you meet your goals? If not, why not? What was the high point of your day? Rate your mood on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) and explain why. Doing this helped give us short term direction and we can stay focused on the important things. Hope this helps others. If you want to share you can post your 3 goals here and reflections. Sometimes sharing helps keep one motivated and maybe others have suggestions on how you can achieve your daily goals. ![]()

I like this. Thanks, Fox!
I do like structure and this is a way to create some for myself. I also am a list maker at times, so I can 'see' my accomplishments. I like adding the reflection at the end of the day. ![]() |

Ditto to everything Echoes said! Thanks so much for starting this thread, Fox! And I think it's a great idea to share our goals and reflections here.
