This may seem like a really stupid method.. but well it's kinda helped me..

A friend suggested that i draw a butterfly into my wrist.. covering my scars and to make a pact with it.. that while it is on there.. i will not cut because i would have to cut through my butterfly..

ive had my butterfly on for a week.. and well it seems to be ok..
