these are some words in picked up around here and have used in situations when i feel i need to do something about an issue, but can't do anything at that moment

Tolerate -(wither it's tolerate yourself or someone else or a situation. tell yourself you can live with these emotions right now. there real emotions and they are yours)

Accept - (accept the things you can change and the things you cannot change. you may feel the need to try and control a situation [as i always feel] but somethings are not able to be controled)

Patience - (something will happen eventually, no matter if its good or bad [ again accept the un controlable] you just need to be content in the now and not try to be content in the future)

and most important..
Breathe!!! take 5 deep breaths and focus on them. it's not hardcore meditation or what not but just a little bit of focus on something natural can help you with all of these steps

Rinse repeat and pass on if it workedfor you
