Hi,

has anyone read Power of Now? if so, how has it helped you?

I bought this and I want to read it, but I haven't got round to it yet. A couple of friends of mine have read it and said it helped them. I've read a lot of quotes from the book which I find meaningful and inspiring. Now I just have to actually read it!!!

Thanks for starting this thread. I will share any views I have as soon as I get started. In fact, I may actually start reading it today!!!

never read it, but thanks to brain damage and memory impairments, i've had to live it. i recommend it as a way of life... Be Here Now,, it means that the past is what we make of it in the now, it has no power but what we give it; the future is now ours to see, not another hour is promised to us to fritter away... Now is All there IS. best wishes,, Gus
