Hello,
I want to share my success story with you.
In my life I have had many fears and didn't do a lot of things because of them.
I didn't really have friends, because I didn't know how to get close to people and was afraid they didn't like me anyway. I was also afraid of hights and other things.
all in all my life was not very interesting, I didn't do exciting things and hardly ever anything new happend. I read a lot of self-help books and also attended workshops and seminars... but nothing changes if you don't actually DO it...
so one day I decided, it's enough, I didn't want to stay like this all my life, so I decided to push myself to do things I was afraid of. At that time the topic of "getting out of your comfort zone" crossed my way and I reaiized how stuck I was in mine. I read this book called "Get out of your Comfort Zone" from Sascha Ballach (you can find it on amazon)
It contains a lot of exercises you can do, to get more self-esteem, more friends, to push yourself to your limits and therefore have a more exciting life. It totally changed my life and people that meet me today would never think I used to have all these problems.
The only one who can change you, is you! Of course it takes courage to do something, even if you are afraid of it or to change your life and your habbits, but it's worth it...
You only have this life and you deserve to be happy!!
Hope I could help you on your way...
Anna
Thanks for this!

Thanks for sharing this inspiration with us!

That's exactly how I worked through agoraphobia, as well as low self esteem

I'm jotting down the book title and will check it out.
Keep up the phenominal work!
