I have a problem feeling comfortable in any social setting, I moved about 5 years ago and now I feel i;m a strange in my own home any ideas?

hi, I'm a little confused (sorry) after you moved 5 years ago things were okay and this is recent? Do you live with other people? I understand I have a lot of trouble in social settings, too.
