http://psychcentral.com/blog/archive...urself-better/

I know this is on the PC blog here, i just thought wow..

One thing I do very well is set down and write about what I don't want to talk about-- or think of some times-- I do find that helps a lot.

The I love things I only do once in a while, but the things that I appreciate I do from time to more,
The wonderful things about me, one I have to work on more

And I have yet to do-- the talk to 99 year old Beauflow...

I think this is a good exercise to do ... getting to know oneself better is something I am always looking in..
I am always told I am very introspective however unsure of myself--- need to look into more of that i suppose
