As it says above I am committing to a 30 day trial to waking up every day at 5am.

I will use the Steve Pavlina method to help me which is: Go to bed only when you're tired and get up at the same time (in my case 5am) every day. This apparently helps your sleep settle into a rhythm where you will be tired around the same time. It is also a good way to find out how much sleep you need.

Once the 30 day trial is complete and only when it is complete, I will allow myself to sleep in once in a while if I really need to, but during the 30 day challenge, I am sticking to it like stone!
