Hi everyone,
I didn't know where to post this, I decided here was the best plan. I went to a class last night that was a cross between yoga and Pilates..it was amazing. My mind was focused the whole time, I had no bad thoughts ...not once. Last night I didn't wake with a panic attack and I awoke in the morning energised and happy albeit achy and a little sore. I do go running and am quite fit but this was a real eye opener for me. After work I went swimming in the sea...which is my new favourite place....I'm still happy. I'm aware this won't last till next week but just one day off from feeling total despair feels . Well ....amazing! Just had to share incase anyone else fancies giving it a go...do it!

That's fantastic! I also like Yoga and Pilates, that class sounds fun.
Thanks for this!

I take a PiYo class once a week at my daughter's dance studio. I love it! I was first introduced to yoga when I was inpatient for an eating disorder (yes they allowed us to exercise). I have found that while I still like Yoga, I like PiYo even more. Hope you continue with it!
