Hello all,
i would like to tell you about a book I have heard about.
alledgedly there is this idea in there about how you can enter a complex system.
like "a work culture of some company" and transform it profoundly by making
minute tweak in something. and the whole system is transformed, in a positive
way hopefully.

I ask. what one thing could you do to transform your life from "sad", "mad"
to "glad"?

offer:

Smile,./
thank people, have gratitude for everything, RADICAL gratitude../
be early to everything../
repeat to yourself a helpful mantra. "this is not that important"
LET it go", " i am full of serenity, because of my circumstances, in spite of my circumstances" " I shine light to all people and all places"

stop the noise in your head../
ON first waking up, say, " thank you god for everything,", " I am wonderful and amazing"/
insist on your mental health being priority./

ask, ask someone who can help, ask until you get what you want, work for a win-win situation, and be willing to listen and give gratitude.
five points of asking for success./

stop engaging in mindless, useless distractions and cultivate your mind./
cultivate a virtue today./
ask what do I really want from others most? then give it to yourself.
................,

what ideas do you have.?

S.

this is kind of related to something I read and I really liked, that is to think about a behavior pattern you have that you want to change, and then change any part of the sequence. it makes a lot of sense. I haven't done it yet but I think it would be a good thing.

I like this approach. Most of our self-talk is about how we perceive things. I no longer compare myself with others and have been so much more content as a result.

My life was transformed by knowing that moods and emotions are like weather and come and go and I can deal with waiting a bit until they change. No, they might not change dramatically; I won't go from crying to laughing necessarily but we all know how we can be crying, go to sleep and wake in a better mood? I've gotten to sleep many nights just remembering that things will look different in the morning.
